Completely restored, sought-after early production  (1959/1960) TD 124 MkI drive. It comes even with its rare original box, tags and instruction booklet !

Our offer of the "drive only" is aiming to customers who already have a tone arm and plinth etc. and want to use it on this drive. The shown black tone-arm board is included.

On request, we can also add a vintage SME tone arm / new Ortofon cartridge of your choice  and a plinth and turn it into a complete "plug and play" turntable. Please inquire.

In addition to our very complex full-restoration, we also re-plated all hardware parts and replaced ALL bearing bushings (main bearing, stepped wheel etc.)

A brand new N.O.S. genuine Thorens idler wheel has also been installed.

The original chassis paint has been carefully buffed and still has a beautiful shine. Keeping in mind this a 60+ years old turntable, it shows only minimal signs

of wear.

After all of these revision steps, this TD124 is ready for many years of duty to come.
